Before you go
This is the working trip dashboard. A seat is only reserved once the flight deposit has been received. After that, each golfer needs a club plan: shipped clubs or a reserved rental set.
Bring your passport
This is international travel. Make sure your passport is valid, accessible and packed with your travel items—not inside shipped luggage or a golf bag.
Clubs should be on their way by September 9.
That gives the shipment two weeks before departure and additional room for international transit and customs. Shipping after this date increases the risk that clubs will not arrive before the first round. If the deadline has passed, reserve rental clubs instead.

Flag Joe for a rental set
Do not wait until the shipping deadline passes silently. Let Joe know that you plan to rent so your club status can be marked complete and the reservation can be coordinated with Cabot.
Itinerary
The schedule is set around a headline round at Cabot Cliffs on Wednesday and a full golf day Thursday with lunch between rounds.
Weather
The forecast becomes useful about 10 days before departure.
Dining
Meals are intentionally flexible around the golf schedule.
Cliff Bar
We’ll grab something quick before heading to The Nest for the 8:48 PM and 9:00 PM tee times.
Dinner after golf
Current options are a late walk-in at Whit’s Public House or dinner back at the cottages after the twilight round.
Back at the cottages
If dinner is at the cottages, we’ll set up a spread there. Either way, refreshments will be available back at the house.

Charter
Round-trip charter service has been arranged between Hanscom Field (KBED) and Port Hawkesbury (CYPD). A shuttle will take the group directly to Cabot upon arrival.
Group status
The flight deposit is the confirmation. Players remain listed as invited until payment is received; an unpaid invitation does not reserve one of the eight seats.
